Back in 2005, the pre-GPS days, with no Worcester city map and a set of incorrect mapquest directions, we tried to tackle the city. We did manage to find some of them, but there was a lot of guesswork, wrong turns and frustration. This one was closed for meals at the time, as were most of the diners we tracked down.

My mother used to be a waitress there in the early to mid 60s. She used to have to bring me with her sometimes and I would have to hide in back downstairs where the cooking and dishwashing went on…sometimes I would sit on those back stairs coloring pictures…I was maybe 5, 6, or even 7 years old…or all of that!
