Rudy’s Diner is located at 449 Main Street, South Portland, ME, United States. If you look it up on Google Streetview, you will see that it has recently been de-mansard-ed, a rare reversal in dinerland.

The diner was opened in a converted railroad caboose by Clarence Smith, a former railroad conductor. It was originally known as the “Caboose Lunch”.
