Ingram’s diner- Jefferson, MD

4014-D Mountville Rd Jefferson, MD

This was known as Lee’s Diner as far back as 1956. It looks like there was a diner on the site going back at least as far as 1938. Whether this was originally a factory built diner is hard to say, with the decades of renovations, but whatever the case, it has a long history.

It’s not a “true” diner, but it follows roughly the dimensions, and looks like it’s been there for a good 35+ years.

  1. Have you eaten here? I frequently drive by this place and have always wonderd about the chow. There’s also the Red Byrd Diner out on Route 34 near Keedysville. The Red Byrd is really not a “diner,” just a local family restaurant. They do however make excellent honey dipped fried chicken.
