Both are now poorly remodeled, unfortunately.
Had a very nice lunch here yesterday and enjoyed it–having been raised in NJ but living in NM for 30 years (where there are few diners, mostly Valentine’s).
My father Robert Maxwell used to run the Hollywood Diners for Mr Ruby Rosen. There was one in Dover, Milford, Concord Pike Wilmington, New Castle (gone now next to Hollywood hotel) Newark Main Street ,Selbyville. I even thing there may have been one in PA
We ate @ the Hollywood in July of 08 – loved their breakfast, great service. Liked it so much we ate there every day we were in town and introduced our daughter stationed at the AFB to the place. Living in Texas, returns are a bit on the hard-to-do side.
