I may have mentioned this before but this is the last Little Tavern that I ever ate at. I was waiting for the #23 Bus and just had to grab a small bag of burgers. Sometime in 2002 or 2003.
This is certainly a revelation to me as I never knew LT to occupy a previously constructed building!
They had a bunch of locations in previously built buildings. They did a couple in the ’50s, which had architectural detailing mimicking their freestanding buildings, and then a whole slew in the ’80s, and a few in the post-chain ’90s era.
